Ingot thickness closed-loop control and scraping slag robot system is a set of e with the thickness detector, photoelectric switch detector, step motor adjustment, the scraping slag and tapping device. Through the PLC to detect the thickness and photoelectric switch, the inverter, step motor and robot is designed for automatic control which saves the manual operation.

Using the scraping slag robot to replace artificial, which saves the workers, it not only solves the problem of the original workers work at high temperature, but also the problem of the artificial scraping slag with leakage scraping and it makes sure the consistency of the scraping slag of aluminum ingots.
